1. Cancellation Policy

SKVista provides digital services and automated content generation. Once a quiz, exam, survey, AI Test assessment, Maths AI solution, or any other content has been generated or a request has been initiated, it cannot be canceled.

Please review your input and choices carefully before placing any order or initiating a generation request on our platform.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds for Completed Services: Refunds will not be provided for successfully delivered digital content (e.g., generated quizzes, AI Test assessments, Maths AI solutions, PDF exports, reports, or other assessments).
Duplicate or Failed Payments: If you are charged more than once or if a transaction fails and still results in a deduction, please contact us. We will process a refund within 5–7 business days after verification.
Non-Delivery of Service: If our system fails to generate the requested content and you do not receive your order, you may be eligible for a refund after technical verification.
